Tenant-Sweeti Sharma wife of Sh.Ravinder Sharma is in revision against the concurrent findings recorded by both the Authorities below whereby she has been ordered to be evicted from the demised Booth no.27, Sector 7, Panchkula by the learned Rent Controller, Panchkula vide judgement and order dated 10.1.2011 on the ground of personal necessity of one Sunil, son of the landlord and the findings have been affirmed by the learned Appellate Authority, Panchkula vide judgement dated 14.1.2013 while dismissing the appeal of the tenant.

that the parties were in the process of settling their dispute in an amicable manner.
At the time of hearing today, the tenant who is present in Court and whose statement has been recorded separately, states through her counsel that the present revision petition be dismissed as withdrawn in view of the fact that she would handover physical, peaceful and vacant possession of the demised booth to the respondent/landlord on or before 28.2.2014.
Learned counsel for the respondent/landlord states at the Bar that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and thereby he has no objection if the petitioner/tenant is granted time to retain the demised premises till 28.2.2014.
In view of the aforesaid agreed stand, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the tenant shall be entitled to retain the aforesaid booth till 28.2.2014 whereupon she will handover physical, peaceful and vacant possession of the demised booth to the respondent/landlord. The parties shall be bound by their respective statements.
