Counsel for the respondents has filed an affidavit of Ms. Mandeep Kaur, Secretary, Chandigarh Housing Board, Sector 9, Chandigarh in which office order of possession of dwelling unit No.2849, Sector 49, Chandigarh was issued on 8.5.2013 and its actual physical possession was handed over to the petitioner on 10.5.2013.
Apart from that, a cheque of Rs.25,000/- on account of costs imposed upon respondent- Board has also been handed over to the petitioner.
In view thereof, nothing survives in this contempt petition and
the same is rendered infructuous.
Rule discharged.
