Counsel for the petitioner states that the present contempt petition has been rendered infructuous as the order dated 5.9.2012 passed by this Court in CWP No. 1364 of 2011, preferred by the petitioner, has been duly complied with. He, however, states that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to challenge the order which has been passed by the respondent.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as infructuous. Rule issued to the respondent stands discharged. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order, which is stated to be passed by the respondent in compliance with the order dated 5.9.2012 passed by this Court in CWP No. 1364 of 2011.
