A sum of Rs. 1.00 lac in the shape of a bank draft has been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner today in court.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that there has been an inordinate delay for compliance of the order dated 17.11.2008 passed by this court.
In view of the above said order having been complied with, this petition is disposed of as having rendered infructuous but taking into consideration the fact that there has been an unreasonable delay in compliance of the order of this court, the petitioner is held entitled to the cost of Rs.15,000/- . The said cost will be paid by the Office of Divisional Forest Officer,Morni, Haryana within a period of one month after the receipt of a certified copy of the order.
