Case has been called up twice. However, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. It is noticed that even on previous dates i.e. 19.09.2011 and 17.05.2011, no representation had been caused on behalf of the appellants. Thereafter, even on 08.02.2012, a written request for adjournment had been circulated. It is seen that the appellants do no wish to pursue the present second appeal.
Appeal is accordingly, dismissed for non-appearance and non-
prosecution.
