The prayer raised in both the applications; one on behalf of applicant-appellant and the other on behalf of the crossobjector/respondents is for permission to withdraw the main Regular Second Appeal as well as cross-objection as the parties are closely related to each other and the matter has been amicably settled amongst them. The respective applications are supported by affidavits of Om Parkash son of late Sh. Amar Singh i.e the sole appellant as also the affidavit of Dharambir son of late Sh. Amar Singh, respondent no.1.
In view of the averments made in the applications, the main Regular Second Appeal as well as cross-objection are directed to be withdrawn.
