This is an application moved by the appellant seeking withdrawal of the main regular second appeal. It is stated in the application that during the pendency of the appeal, the parties have amicably settled the dispute being close relations.
Without making any observation as regards the details of the compromise/settlement that is stated to have entered into between the parties, the application is allowed in terms of prayer made therein.

RSA No.31 of 2006:
In view of the order passed in CM No.1320-C of 2012, the main regular second appeal is permitted to be withdrawn.
RSA accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
