This an application under Order 22 Rule 3 CPC for bringing on record the legal representatives of the appellant No.1-Sant Singh (since deceased), who is stated to have died on 17.04.2011. The application is duly supported by an affidavit of Jaswinder Singh son of Sant Singh (deceased) appellant No.1. The details of the legal representatives of deceased-Sant Singh have been furnished in Paragraph 2 of the application.

The application is allowed subject to all just exceptions. The legal representatives as mentioned in Paragraph 2 of the application, are permitted to be brought on record as Legal Representatives of deceased-Sant Singh (appellant No.1). Amended memo of parties filed along with application is taken on record.
