Learned counsel for the appellant has stated at the bar that she wrote a letter to the appellant but no response has been received.
Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record the photo stat copy of the sale deed dated 20.12.1988 and on the strength of same it was argued that the suit land has been sold to the defendants after filing of the present appeal and as such, the present appeal has become infructuous.
