The learned counsel for the appellant states that inadvertently, certain wrong facts have been reflected in the grounds of appeal. He seeks permission to withdraw the instant appeal with the liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. The needful be done within a week from today.
The statutory amount of `25,000/- deposited with the Registry vide Bank draft No.647565 dated 18.07.2011 shall be
