In this petition filed in the year 2000, the petitioner challenged the memo dated 13.6.2000 vide which it has been debarred from tendering under the Central Public Works Department for a period of 18 months from the date of issuance of the said letter. The petition was admitted but the stay was specifically refused on 10.2.2001. Now the period of 18 months is already over, therefore, this petition is rendered infructuous.
Dismissed as infructuous.
