(1). It is stated by Ms. Lisa Gill, learned counsel for the respondents that the petitioner has been recruited/appointed as a Constable in the Punjab Armed Police and he is residing in Police Line at Chandigarh where security cover has also been provided to him.
(2). In this view of the matter, the writ petition having lost its hold is disposed of as infructuous. However, if the petitioner is still left with any grievance, he shall be at liberty to represent before the competent authority in this regard who shall consider the same objectively and sympathetically.
(3). Ordered accordingly. Dasti .
