Learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner states that suit pending between the same parties on same issues, has already been decided by the Civil Court at Sri Muktsar Sahib vide judgment and decree dated 20.08.2011 in Civil Suit No.100 RBT No.151 titled as Harinder
Singh and another v. Narinder Singh and others .
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents have not controverted the said fact, however learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 states that civil appeal has been filed against judgment and decree dated 20.08.2011 passed by Civil Court.
However, it is made clear that whatever decision would be come in the appeal, the same shall be binding on the parties.
Dismissed as infructuous
