No.2 - District Food & Supplies Controller, Gurgaon, District Gurgaon after examining the matter, issued a Show Cause Notice dated 2.9.2011, Annexure P.2 to the petitioner. The petitioner filed his reply to the notice and finally vide order dated 4.10.2011, Annexure P.4, respondent No.2 ordered for cancellation of the licence of the petitioner with immediate effect. Aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner filed an appeal before respondent No.1 – Deputy Commissioner, Gurgaon which was also dismissed vide order dated 3.1.2012, Annexure P.5. Hence the present writ petition.
