Additional affidavit of Mr. J.S. Ahlawat, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Panipat filed in Court is taken on record. Perusal of the affidavit reveals that the land in dispute has been got vacated from unauthorized occupants and possession has been delivered to the lessees.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that as possession has been delivered to the lessees, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such.
