The petitioner is aggrieved against the judgment/order dated 03.10.1994 passed by the Addl.District Judge, Bhatinda wherein he had allowed the appeal of Gurdeep Singh under Section 13-V of the Punjab Gram Panchayat Act, 1952 and dismissed the election petition of Hardev Singh, the present petitioner and upheld the election of Gurdeep Singh as Sarpanch of Village Mansa Kalan.

The statutory period of the term of respondent No.1 has long since expired and resultantly, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous by sheer efflux of time.

Disposed of as rendered infructuous.
