Learned counsel for the respondent has filed written statement
on behalf of respondent No.4. The Same is taken on record.
The petitioner has sought writ of mandamus directing the respondents to make the payment of compensation to the petitioner.
In the reply filed by the respondent No.4, it has been stated that the calculation have been made and the same have been sent to the concerned department for the release of the compensation to the petitioner. The details of the calculation are mentioned in Annexure R-1 attached with the reply.
In view of the said fact, the present writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to release the amount of compensation within one month to the petitioner.
