This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to quash orders dated 28.2.2007 (P3 and (P4) passed by respondent No.3 vide which land of Gair Mumkin Johar was sold in favour of respondent Nos.5 and 6.
Perusal of documents reveals that vide the above orders land to the extent of 0-20 marla was sold in favour of the occupants who were in possession for the last so many decades. It was so done by taking note of their poverty and also with a view to help the poor section of the society. The orders have been passed in good faith. No case is made out for interference.
With above observations, the writ petition stands dismissed.
