Despite service, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the
respondent.
We have heard counsel for the petitioner, perused the impugned letter dated 28.3.1991 passed in the present petition and are satisfied that the controversy in the present petition is squarely covered by the order passed in above referred writ petition and consequently, dispose of the writ petition in terms of the order passed in CWP No. 5859 of 1991 titled as “Inderjit Singh Katyal and ors. Vs. Commissioner, Punjab Housing Development Board” on 26.7.2010.
