In the light of the order passed by this Court on 03.02.2012 wherein it was observed that it may be more equitable to include the names of the petitioners in the voter list and then go ahead with the election, in the changed circumstances when elections have not been held as they were postponed due to the Hisar Bye-elections, Ms. Kirti Singh, DAG, Haryana on instructions from Mr. Rahul Dhaniya, Inspector, Cooperative Societies, Hisar, who is present in Court states that the names of the petitioners are being included in the voter list and the election process is going to be started shortly with their names duly reflected.

Mr. Harit Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners has at this stage produced certain documents before me to show that some members of the Jan Sewa Cooperative House Building Society Ltd. have been

wrongfully included in the voters list of the Hisar Gangwa Modern Cooperative House Building Society Ltd.-respondent No.5. Ms. Kirti Singh, DAG, Haryana then submits that this issue may be pressed by the petitioners in the shape of objections before the Returning Officer who will examine the issue and opine whether the names are to be included or excluded in accordance with law. Thereafter, the elections would be held under a fresh election programme. In case the objections are filed, the Returning Officer would decide the issue expeditiously and preferably within a period of one month of the receipt of a copy of this order.

Nothing survives in this petition any longer and the matter is disposed of with the above directions.
