By filing this writ petition, a prayer has been made that directions be issued to the respondents to comply with the orders passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Deepak Kumar etc. v. State of Haryana and others on 27.2.2012 in I.A. Nos.12-13 of 2011 in SLP(C) nos.19628-19629 of 2009.
We feel that the writ petition is not the proper remedy. If the authorities are not complying with the directions, the petitioner has an alternative remedy.
With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
