Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue similar to the one as raised in the present petition was decided by this Court in LPA No.1288 of 2012-Shiromani Gurudwara Prabhandak Committee vs. Gurbax Singh and others vide order dated 05.11.2012. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied in case a direction is issued to respondent No.3 to take a final decision on the legal notice got served by the petitioner(Annexure P-9) within a specified time in terms of the above said judgement of this Court. He further submitted that the petitioner may be given opportunity to file a supplementary representation providing the copies of the various

Learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 4 does not have any objection to the prayer made by the petitioner.
In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to take a final decision on the legal notice got served by the petitioner and also on the supplementary representation, if any, made by him in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. If any amount is found due, the same be paid to the petitioner within next two months.
Writ petition stands disposed of.
