Learned counsel for the petitioner states that Hon'ble Apex Court vide order dated November 4,2011 (Annexure P-6) has granted bail to co-accused Jafar Iqbal, on the ground that he was found in possession of 200 gms of heroine. He has further stated that the present accused/petitioner Jorawar Singh was found in possession of 230 gms of heroine, which is also a non-commercial quantity.
Considering the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail to the satisfaction of trial Court.
Petition stands allowed accordingly.
