The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 for transfer of investigation with regard to FIR No.122 dated 13.8.2010 registered under Sections 306/34 IPC at Police Station City Malout.

Learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for respondents No.6 and 7 has brought to the notice of this Court that cancellation report was submitted before the trial Court and the same was accepted on 24.9.2011.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for respondents No.6 and 7, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
