The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.265 dated 27.11.2008 under Sections 148, 323, 325, 452, 459 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Sadar Hoshiarpur.
It has been stated by learned counsel for the State that the present petition has become infructuous as the FIR has since been quashed as per direction of this Court.
Dismissed as withdrawn as having rendered infructuous.
