This is a case of fight between the brothers. Petitioner is accused of using knife. As per the counsel for the petitioner, the victim was discharged from the hospital after two days. The fight took place between the brothers over some `Pahi'. The trial is likely to take time. The petitioner is stated to be in custody for about four months.
Without expressing any opinion on merits, bail to the satisfaction of CJM/Duty Magistrate, Mansa.
