The prayer in this application is to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in the newly added Sections 193, 467, 471 & 474 IPC in case FIR No.225 dated 29.11.2010, P.S. Nangal Chaudhary, District Mahendergarh.
Since the petitioner has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in the aforesaid FIR under Sections 420/406 IPC, vide order dated 23.12.2010 which was made absolute on 18.5.2011, notice of this application was issued to the Advocate General, Haryana on 9.11.2012 while granting interim bail to the petitioner.
After having heard learned counsel for the parties, the order dated 9.11.2012 is made absolute.
CRM stands disposed of.
