The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.290 dated 3.5.2010 under Sections 420,468,471,34 IPC Police Station, Sirsa, on the basis of compromise.
Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that the petitioners have compromised with the complainant. However, the complainant has not been made as a party in this case. Thus, the present petition is dismissed for non joinder of the necessary parties.
However, the petitioners are at liberty to file afresh by impleading complainant as party, if so advised.
