This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for setting aside the order dated 12.7.2011 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shri Muktsar Sahib whereby the petitioner has been declared as a proclaimed offender in case FIR No.216 dated 20.9.2009 under Sections 498-A, 406, 506 IPC Police Station Muktsar City, District Shri Muktsar Sahib.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court order dated 18.10.2011 vide which the present petition was ordered to be heard with Crl. Misc. No.M-36996 of 2009. The said Crl. Misc. No.M-36996 of 2009 was filed by the petitioner and others for quashing of FIR No.216 dated 20.9.2009 under Sections 498-A, 406, 506 IPC Police Station Muktsar City, District Shri Muktsar Sahib.
The said criminal miscellaneous was allowed and the FIR was quashed on the basis of compromise entered into between the parties.
Order dated 12.7.2011 sought to be quashed here is an out come of the above mentioned FIR in which the petitioner was declared proclaimed offender.

Since, the FIR as well as subsequent proceedings arising therefrom already stood quashed vide order dated 29.3.2012 passed by this Court in Crl. Misc. No.M-36996 of 2009, the present petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
