This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of necessary directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of respondents No.4 to 6 as petitioners are living as husband and wife and married of their own sweet will against the wishes of respondents No.4 to 6.
Perusal of the records reveals that none has put in appearance on behalf of petitioners on 08.10.2012 and 03.11.2012. Today also none has appeared on their behalf. It seems that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing their petition.
Dismissed for want of prosecution.
