On instructions from SI Karambir Singh, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State informs that the petitioner in compliance with the order dated 4.10.2012, passed by this Court, has joined the investigation and he is no more required for any custodial interrogation.
Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the present petition is allowed. The order dated 4.10.2012, vide which the petitioner was admitted to interim bail by this Court, is made absolute subject to the compliance of the conditions enshrined in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
