On a complaint made through registered post, the case was listed before this Court on judicial side in which notice of motion was issued and Commissioner of Police, Amritsar was directed to trace out the alleged girl by deputing some competent officer.
The learned AAG, Punjab, on instructions from ASI Inderjit Singh has informed the Court that the alleged girl, namely, Bhawna alias Mania has already been recovered.
In view thereof, the present petition has become infructuous. Dismissed as infructuous.
