The instant petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of pre-arrest bail to them in case FIR No. 43 dated 04.02.2012 under Sections 307/452/325/324/323/148/149 of the Indian Penal Code registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Amritsar.

and third petitioner, namely, Vicky is also attributed a Danda blow which also struck on the flank of the complainant.
Keeping in view the nature of injuries coupled with number of persons who entered into the house of the complainant and caused injuries to the complainant and his family members, no ground for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners is made out.
Dismissed.
