Since, the parties have not been able to produce any certificate as required, the petition for issuance of direction to the respondents for protection of life and liberty of the petitioners is dismissed for want of proof regarding marriage.
Since, the petitioners are the citizens of India, their individual liberty can be protected. Without expressing any opinion regarding their relationship as a married couple, it is ordered that the petitioners in their individual capacity, will not be forcibly taken into custody by any of the respondents,they both being major.
Disposed of.
