At the very outset, on instructions from ASI Amrik Singh, learned State Counsel has stated that the prosecution has already concluded its evidence and now the case is fixed for recording the statement of the accused, as contemplated under Section 313 Cr.P.C.
In this view of the matter, as no ground to release the petitioner on regular bail is made out, at this stage, therefore, the instant petition is hereby dismissed as such.
