Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation three times and is no more required by the investigating agency.
Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Jai Kishan, admits the factum of joining of petitioner in the investigation.
Keeping in view the totality of the circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner has already joined the investigation, the interim order dated 24.1.2012 is made absolute.
Disposed of.
