The petitioners have contracted marriage on 25.06.2012 (Annexure P-3) against the consent of their parents. As per the documents Annexure P1 and P2, the petitioners are major. They are apprehending their arrest by the police.

As per the office report, notices issued to respondent Nos.4 and 5 have been received back served, however, none has caused appearance on their behalf.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-
