This petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 140 dated 26.4.2012, under Sections 323, 325, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Hathin District Palwal.
While issuing notice of motion, the following order was passed by this Court on 26.6.2012:-
“Notice of motion for 17.7.2012.
In the meantime, in the event of arrest, arresting/investigating officer shall release the petitioners on interim anticipatory bail to his satisfaction till further orders, subject to compliance of conditions enshrined in

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Ombir, has submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of the order reproduced above.
