Learned counsel for the petitioner has tendered the affidavit of the petitioner stating therein that in pursuance of order dated 03.07.2012, the petitioner visited Abu Dhabi for 03 days i.e from 12.07.2012 to 14.07.2012. He reached India on 15.07.2012 at 3.30 hrs.
In view of the affidavit, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
Disposed of.
However, the petitioner is at liberty to make an appropriate
application for release of his surety.
