Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of the FIR No. 341 dated 25.11.2011 under Section 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Sector-5, Panchkula (Haryana) (Annexure P-1) on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2) arrived into between the parties and the affidavit (Annexure P-3) of respondent No.3.
Learned counsel for respondent No.2 has submitted that although the compromise was effected between the parties but the petitioners have not honoured the terms of the compromise and, therefore, the FIR in question was not liable to be quashed on the basis of compromise.
In view of the submissions made by the learned
