The present petition has been filed by the petitioner Prem
Singh under Section 482 Cr.P.C for issuance of directions to respondent No. 3 to search Amandeep Kaur, daughter of the petitioner .
A perusal of the reply filed by respondent No. 4 indicates that petitioner Amandeep Kaur, being major has contracted the marriage, which is admitted by her father Prem Singh.
In view of the above, this petition has rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
