Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not apprehending any threat at the instance of private respondents at this stage and are not in need of any protection.
In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, no further direction is required to be issued at this stage and hence, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
Dismissed as such.
However, in case of any grievance, the petitioners are at liberty
to move representation to the concerned police authority.
