The reference sent by the learned District & Sessions Judge, Faridkot, with regard to TA No.84 dated 14.9.2011, titled as “State vs. Madan Lal, and TA No.78 dated 27.8.2011, titled as “Punjab State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd. vs. M/s Sidhu Rice and General Mills etc.” has been treated as Criminal Miscellaneous.
Mr.Pawan Kumar, Senior Advocate has argued that TA No.84 dated 14.9.2011 has been rendered infructuous as the Presiding Officer stands transferred. He further submits that he has no objection, if TA No.78 dated 27.8.2011 may be allowed and Criminal Complaint No.8/1-09 titled as PUNSUP vs. M/s Sidhu Rice & General Mills etc. be transferred from Moga

to Faridkot.
In view of the said statement, TA No.84 dated 14.9.2011 is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous and TA No.78 dated 27.8.2011 is allowed and Criminal Complaint No.8/1-09 titled as PUNSUP vs. M/s Sidhu Rice & General Mills etc. is ordered to be transferred from the Court of CJM, Moga to Sessions Judge, Faridkot, who will entrust the same to the competent Court.
Disposed of accordingly.
