The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case arising out of FIR No.47 dated 6.4.2012, registered at Police Station Khanauri, District Sangrur, under Sections 148, 336, 506 IPC, and later on added Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to addition of Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act later on, another offence punishable under Section 149 IPC has been inadvertently omitted. Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one incorporating accurately all the provisions of law.
Dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid.
