Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No. 14 dated 29.04.2012, under Sections 452, 379, 323, 506, 148, 149 IPC and 25 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Nandgarh, District Bathinda.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This Court, while issuing notice of motion on 16.05.2012 directed that in the event of arrest, petitioners would be released on bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer in connection

with the aforesaid case FIR.
On instructions from ASI Iqbal Singh, learned State counsel informs that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 16.05.2012 passed by this Court is made absolute.
Petition disposed of accordingly.
