This is a petition filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of concession of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.58 dated 28.3.2012 under Sections 420/465/467/468/471/120-B IPC registered at Police Station Sadar, Ferozepur.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner is behind bars since 28.2.2012 and till date no witness has been examined.
Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that trial would not be concluded in near future, petitioner can be granted concession of bail.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed. Petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds, to the satisfaction of learned trial Court.
