Feeling aggrieved against the alleged ineffective investigation and serious inaction on the part of investigating agency, while not conducting investigation in FIR No. 351 dated 15.9.2011 under Sections 306, 34 of the Indian Penal Code ('IPC' for short), registered at Police Station Narnaund (Hisar), petitioner has approached this Court, through the instant petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure ('Cr.P.C.' for short), invoking its inherent jurisdiction for issuing direction to respondents to conclude the investigation at an early date.
I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and with his able assistance, have gone through the record of the case.
After giving thoughtful consideration to the peculiar fact situation of the present case, this Court is of the considered opinion

that it is in the interest of justice to direct the Deputy Inspector General of Police, State Crime Branch, Hisar Range, Hisarrespondent No.2, to look into the matter and take appropriate action, as warranted by law.
In view of the above and to secure the ends of justice, Deputy Inspector General of Police, State Crime Branch, Hisar Range, Hisar-respondent No.2, is directed to consider the grievance raised by the petitioner, vide his representation dated 27.4.2012 (Annexure P-2), dispassionately and expeditiously, passing an appropriate order thereon, in accordance with law.
It is further directed that the petitioner shall also be intimated about the action taken by Deputy Inspector General of Police, State Crime Branch, Hisar Range, Hisar-respondent No.2.
With the observations made above, the instant petition is disposed of.
