The petitioner is stated to be a qualified doctor and presently a student of M.D.
Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is still pursuing studies, his personal appearance before the trial Court is exempted, on furnishing of an affidavit that he shall appear before the learned Court
below as and when called for and that the evidence may be recorded in
his absence.
