This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of
directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to investigate the FIR No.189 dated 9.11.2011 under Sections 406/420 IPC Police Station Cantonment, District Amritsar City, in a proper, fair and impartial manner.
It is contended the FIR is pending since 2011. The petitioner has still not been associated with the investigation.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible and also associate the petitioner with the said investigation and submit the final report within three months from the receipt of this order.
