The petitioners have approached this Court under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'Cr.P.C.') for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.128 dated 22.04.2012, registered under Sections 323, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code (for short, 'the IPC') and later on added Section 324 IPC, registered at Police Station Manimajra, U.T. Chandigarh.
On Instructions from ASI Parkash Singh, the learned State counsel submits that the petitioners has joined the investigation and are not required for custodial interrogation.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the interim bail granted by this Court vide order
CRM No.M-13321 of 2012 (O&M)

dated 08.05.2012, is made absolute, subject to the conditions contained
in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
